Here is how course enquiries, planning and assessment work at Master Brows Academy.
1. Registering interest is not a booking
You can ask about a course without any commitment. The Academy team helps you choose a suitable format.
2. How to book your course
Course details
Review the course content, location and total price including VAT. We confirm your preferred dates and times personally.
Send your application
Complete the course PDF with your contact and billing details and preferred dates. Email it to info@masterbrows.se. No payment is required when you submit your application.
Receive confirmation and payment details
We check availability and confirm the course dates, format and total price including VAT. We then send payment details for a 20% deposit. Please wait for our response before paying. The deposit is part of the course fee.

Deposit confirmation and your schedule
Once we have received and confirmed your deposit, you receive your booking confirmation and detailed course schedule.
Pay the remaining balance
You receive an invoice for the remaining course fee. Payment is due no later than 14 days before the course starts.
Cancellation and rescheduling
Amounts already paid are always deducted from any cancellation fee.
Cancellation within 7 days of written booking confirmation is free. After that, the fee is 50% if at least 14 days remain before the course starts; otherwise it is 100%.
The previous invoice is credited or adjusted and any overpayment is refunded.
In case of illness, you may reschedule at no extra charge, subject to availability, even after the course has started. Read the cancellation and rescheduling terms in your course application before confirming your booking. The terms are subject to mandatory law.
3. Practical tasks depend on readiness
Attendance does not automatically mean that every practical task is approved. Your teacher assesses when you are ready for each stage. Any additional requirements are planned with you.
4. Attendance certificates and training certificates differ
Masterclass provides a diploma immediately after completion, without an interim attendance certificate or subsequent submissions. Demo Class provides an attendance certificate for observation and questions. For foundation courses, an attendance certificate confirms completed training days. The final training certificate is issued once the agreed work and assessments are approved. Certification does not replace other requirements that may apply when running your own business.
5. Follow-up according to your course plan
Long-term support is included in every course. Where applicable, submission numbers, scope, feedback times, contact channels and terms for additional practice are described before booking. Travel, accommodation and additional teaching are included only if expressly stated.
