When you contact Master Brows Academy, we use the information you provide to respond to your enquiry and help plan your training.

Contact by email

The website enquiry form prepares a message and opens your email app. Information is sent only when you send the email yourself. The general enquiry form does not save its fields in your browser's local storage.

Download a course application

When you open a course application, Master Brows AB stores your name, email, phone number and selected course to handle your interest in training. Processing concerns steps taken at your request before a potential agreement. Your information is not used for automated marketing and the PDF is not automatically emailed. You download it directly after the form. These enquiry records are cleared at the next form request after 90 days. Details subsequently provided for a booking are handled separately. Contact us to access, correct or delete your information. You may also complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY).

What information do you need to provide?

Your name, email, course interest and any study goals you wish to share. Do not enter personal identity numbers, health information or other sensitive details in the website form.

Information in the course application

The separate PDF application includes first name, surname, phone, email and full billing address. Private applicants provide a personal identity or coordination number for identification and billing. Companies provide their registered name, company number and VAT number if VAT-registered. These details belong in the application, not the website interest form, and are used for course administration, agreements and invoicing. Do not include personal identity numbers in email subject lines or payment references.

Contact Master Brows AB at info@masterbrows.se to ask how your information is handled or request corrections or deletion. Information that must be retained for a booking or under applicable requirements is handled separately.

External services

Links to Instagram, Bokadirekt and map services open external websites with their own privacy terms. This website's own code does not use analytics or marketing cookies. The hosting provider may process technical information for operation and access.
